The White-Label Promise: Why OEM Brands Trust Xinlong IoT as Their Invisible Partner

In medical diagnostics, automated test fixtures and self-service terminals, the bill of materials is part of your intellectual property. Every component you select says something about how your machine performs — and, to a competitor, something about how it was built.
Xinlong IoT supplies embedded scan engines and OEM modules to equipment makers who ship under their own brand. Our job is to stay invisible inside your product.
Your Supply Chain Is a Trade Secret
Most suppliers publish logos and success stories to look credible. For an OEM that is a problem: a public list of who buys which module maps your design decisions, cost structure and production capacity.
We take the opposite approach. Our credibility comes from what the module does inside your machine, not from whose badge is on the enclosure.
What Our OEM Confidentiality Commitment Covers
- No unauthorized marketing. We do not publish customer names, logos or project references without written permission — not on this website, not in presentations, not on social media.
- NDA before drawings. If your process requires it, we put a mutual NDA in place before you share mechanical drawings, code samples or volume forecasts.
- Procurement privacy. We do not tell third parties — and never your competitors — which models, quantities or customizations you buy.
- Application photo discipline. Application images on this site are renders or in-house setups. We do not photograph customer lines, fixtures or finished devices.
- No reference selling. We will not ask to turn your deployment into a case study, and we will not imply a relationship that does not exist.
What White-Label Means in Practice
- No Xinlong logo, silk-screen or label on the module housing.
- Neutral firmware start-up — no vendor splash screen and no vendor string in the USB descriptor.
- Your part number, your cartons, your manuals.
- Documentation supplied in a format you can rebrand.
- Controlled revisions: a module you qualified this year behaves the same in three.
Why This Matters in Medical, Test and Payment Equipment
In an IVD analyzer or a PCR instrument the scanner is a small part of a regulated system. Supplier changes trigger re-validation, and a vendor that talks publicly about a project adds risk nobody budgeted for.
In ICT and FCT fixtures the same logic runs faster: the fixture geometry is proprietary, the code is often laser-engraved, and the read has to happen in a fraction of a second. The module has to fit, read and disappear — see the G4503 16.8 mm DPM scanner.
What We Will Never Do
- Publish a customer list, a logo wall or a “clients” page.
- Show a customer's factory, fixture or finished device in our marketing.
- Discuss one customer's project with another customer.
How a Confidential Project Starts
- You send the application: code type, working distance, available envelope and interface.
- We sign an NDA if your process requires one, before drawings or samples change hands.
- We propose a module — the XL-F3-BW OEM engine for compact handhelds, or the G53-AI for AI-assisted decoding — plus a sample plan.
- Samples ship in neutral packaging with documentation you can rebrand.
Talk to Engineering Under NDA
If you are evaluating a scan engine and want the evaluation kept private, say so in the first message. We will confirm the NDA route before asking for a single drawing.
Start a confidential evaluation
Send the code type, working distance and space envelope. We will reply with a module proposal and, if needed, an NDA before any drawing is exchanged.
